Yoga Series: For Beginners

This video is for anyone who wants to get back into the yoga practice or just beginning to start yoga. This series will stretch and relieve tension on your sides, legs, ankles, neck and more. I also included some ab strengthening poses that will tone your abs. Do this three times a week and you will see results from inside out.
